Charcoal

This doesn't look quite so scary in real life. However, the contrast wasn't very clear in the picture so I photoshop-ed it to make it easier to see. This was one of the last projects we did in my Drawing 112 class. It's different colored pastel layered and then a layer of charcoal over that. Our teacher took a picture of each of us and then we had to use that picture to create depth in the picture. He said it's not a self-portrait, it's to understand shapes and tone (creating depth). So...it's a zombie dana. Hahaha. I don't know why this is underlined....
